stayed in staveley last time, but this time fox barn villa was even better! perfect location, well-equipped kitchen, and top-quality bed linen and towels. felt like home.

We had a fantastic time at Database pros! Our stay was for a weekend folk song event, and the lively atmosphere in the village was infectious. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Lake District, with easy walking access to everything. The cottage itself was cozy and well stocked, providing us with a comfortable home away from home. The friendly and welcoming nature of the locals added to the charm of our stay. The electric fire was a great alternative for the chilly weather, and the beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed refreshing walks nearby and appreciated the well-equipped house. The availability of coffee and tea bags was a nice touch, and the nearby bakery and brewery were delightful additions.

We absolutely loved our stay at the charming cottage in the Lake District. Fox Barn Villa was in a fantastic location, allowing us to easily walk to all the nearby attractions. The cottage itself was well-stocked and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere in the village, especially during the lively folk song weekend. Exploring the beautiful Lake District was a breeze from this excellent base.

Loved the garden with its "charming" barbecue. The terrace and free WiFi were just icing on the cake. And how convenient, only 45 km from Trough of Bowland, the nearest airport!

Just adored the cobwebs and damp smell in the rooms. Such character!

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as difficulties locating the villa on the map and the absence of a garden, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. The location of the accommodation was ideal, allowing for easy access to nearby towns such as Windermere. the cottage itself was well-stocked with essential items and had quality bed linen and towels. the kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient to prepare their own meals.

The cleanliness of the cottage left much to be desired, with dust and cobwebs present throughout. there were signs of black mold and peeling wallpaper, indicating a lack of maintenance.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with great cafes nearby and close to all attractions. The host was very helpful and provided us with towels. The bed linen was of high quality and the kitchen was well equipped.

The rest of the hotel was not well-maintained, with thick dust and cobwebs in the rooms. The wallpaper had black mold and was peeling.
